These draft terms summarize product behavior visible in the current project; they are not legal advice. The operator must approve and complete the placeholders before relying on them.

1. Platform and operator

YORIDE provides software through Customer and Captain apps for ride requests and related workflows. The legal operator is: owner to verify and configure. “Powered by SR Fintech” is an attribution only, not an assertion about ownership, legal responsibility, or regulatory approval.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must provide accurate information and protect account credentials and verification codes. Do not impersonate another person or use an account without authorization. The operator must confirm minimum age, territorial eligibility, and any additional legal requirements before these terms take effect.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate trip details, be available at the chosen pickup, follow applicable safety instructions, and use the app's cancellation and support controls. A submitted request is not a confirmed ride until accepted by a Captain.

4. Captain responsibilities

Captains must provide accurate registration, vehicle, licence, and required document information, keep approvals and applicable licences valid, follow the app's ride workflow, and not go online or accept rides unless the backend confirms required eligibility and approval. Captains should not share accounts or MP codes.

5. Requests, acceptance, and completion

Service categories and availability may vary and can be disabled. Ride requests may not be accepted. Ride status is shown in the apps; completion, cancellation, and related records follow the application's current workflow. Neither this website nor an illustration constitutes a live booking.

6. Fares and payment

Fare rules are configurable. Review any fare presented in the app before confirming. The current backend supports cash for rides and rejects online payment while no gateway is configured. No fixed fare or online payment service is promised by these terms.

7. Cancellations and complaints

Use the app controls to cancel or report a ride issue. This draft does not set a cancellation fee or guarantee a refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Support delivery is subject to verified contact channel configuration.

8. Safety and prohibited use

Do not use the platform for unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, or unsafe conduct; interfere with service security; submit false records; or misuse another person's information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. YORIDE is not an emergency-response service.

9. Complaints, disputes, suspension

Users may raise complaints through the available support channel. The operator may restrict or suspend access where required to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse, subject to applicable law and any required process. Complaint timelines and dispute handling must be confirmed by the operator.

10. Third-party services and availability

Apps may rely on hosting, messaging, or other service providers. No specific map or payment provider is currently identified in the reviewed configuration. Third-party terms may apply where an integration is enabled. Platform availability and functionality may change.

11. Liability and changes

Any limits or allocation of liability must be reviewed by qualified counsel and cannot remove rights that cannot be excluded by law. The operator should provide notice of material changes and identify the applicable version and effective date.
