YORIDE aims to make the ride-request process easier to understand: customers can submit a trip request, while Captains complete an onboarding and verification process before accessing eligible ride features.
Service categories, fare rules, and availability are managed through the product and may change. This website does not guarantee coverage, dispatch, a particular arrival time, or the availability of any category in a specific place.
How the platform works
The Customer app collects journey details and creates a ride request when the customer confirms it. The Captain app supports registration, document submission, Admin review, and eligible ride workflows. A request is not a confirmed ride until accepted in the app.
Who it serves
The platform is designed for customers seeking rides and Captains applying to provide them. Use of the apps is subject to account verification, applicable product availability, and the published terms.

The legal entity responsible for operating YORIDE has not been verified in the current project materials.
